Dr. Yevgen Tkachuk is from the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He received his undergraduate degree in biological sciences (with highest honors) from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Implants are made from two components: a root-like metal screw and a connector or abutment. The screw is surgically placed in the jawbone and used to replace the natural structure of a tooth root, while the connector holds and supports the artificial tooth.

With All-on-4 implants, Dr. Moon can replace your smile in just one day. This treatment option uses a series of four implants in the top and/or bottom jaw, which serve as a permanent anchor for an overdenture. For your convenience, we accept most dental insurance plans. For verification of accepted insurance plans, please call our office. We will file your dental health care claims for you, so you won’t have to bother with all that troublesome paperwork. Also, you won’t have to pay the full amount at the time of your dental services, just your estimated insurance deductible or co-pay.
